Twoje zadania
- Responsible for implementation of Client’s projects within expected timelines and budget
- Own the full project life cycle: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
- Planning, tracking, and executing project plans including issues and risk management in line with
- Working with Clients and Intersys business to ensure that contractual obligations and agreed service levels are being consistently met
- Working closely with the assigned internal and external clients to understand and address their needs
- Effectively communicating status of the project across all levels
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
- Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
- Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
- Manage and prioritize the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings
Czego oczekujemy
- Have at least 4-6 years of project management experience
- Have experience in different type of projects: IT/ business related/ processes/clients
- Have already worked with Client project
- Have a commercial and cost mindset
- Have good communication and presentation skills , which allow you to communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers
- Have the ability to prioritize tasks based on business requirements
- Can manage several complex deliverables simultaneously
- Have the courage & grit to express opinions, give fresh perspectives and achieve results
- Are open-minded, true listener with the natural curiosity
- Can learn quickly
- Are a team player, but also able to work independently
- Are fluent in both English and Polish
- Have effective followership skills
- Are not easily discouraged by challenges
